We have come a long way from Bejeweled! Heroes of Hellas has a lovely way of choosing a series of tiles with the same image in one sweep of the mouse, and not only having them disappear, but opening up adjoining tiles. The story is an excuse for the game, and like Fishdom (which I also highly recommend) where I soon ignored the fish just to play the game itself, I found myself anticipating the next clever board. It has numerous creative levels, and I wish the sequel (Heroes of Hellas 2) had concentrated on simply expanding the levels. It's not addictive and doesn't have to be, but a wonderful game to play for a level or two before shutting down for the night. Once you finish, you'll want to log in again with a different name and play through the game again. Try the demo and you'll be convinced!
